Yes we do! You need to choose the option for engraving and specify the initials at the time of checkout.

How can I get rid of Strong Leather Smell?
Leather is a natural product that can have a stronger smell, especially when it is new. However, this disappears automatically after a while.

What are my Return rights?
If you are not satisfied with your new Jaald product, you can return it within 15 days. Please Contact us beforehand.
To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unused, undamaged, with no missing parts, and in the same condition as you received it.
