Know your Bag!!!
Your bag is made up of top grain leather, that means it has, the same characteristics as the animal had like scars, color etc.
Please know that the two same bags may never have same color tone.
Leather is a natural product and we do not use harsh chemicals to make the color look even.
Your bag is not defective if you see a small nick or scar on the skin. It means that the little beast died was a warrior and have stories to tell, in heaven.

Ugh my bag smells!!!
Leather product, when new, may have some odor. Best way to get rid of it is to USE it, air it out for a couple of days or keep in direct sunlight for a few hours.
Leather conditioner will solve this very quickly and use of conditioner also adds more days to your product.
Woah! The bag is stiff!!!
You thought leather was soft and supple already, right?
Well leather types are different so few may need a bit of breaking-in.
Usage of leather makes it supple and softer. Leather conditioner again will be of great use here.
